Stila Lipgloss Collection/Review

I mentioned I would be doing a Stila lipgloss collection post so here it is as promised!

The first 6 shades are colors I got individually over time.  My favorite colors are kitten and star-fruit. I have had these lipglosses for a very long time. The Stila lipglosses were one of my first makeup products. They are very simple and easy to wear.

The next glosses I got in a holiday set.

I have always been a big fan of the Stila lipglosses. If you haven't tried these, I recommend them. They are easy to carry around and have a smooth application.

Have you ever tried these lipglosses?

Bare Minerals Lipgloss Review

I got these 4 shades at Beautycon 2013 all for free! All I had to do was post a picture of me wearing the lipglosses! I was super excited to get these glosses for free. They retail for $18 each. I think these lipglosses are very pretty but way over priced for the quality! They are super sticky but they last a long time. Mac lipglosses are $15 and are way better quality. They are relatively pigmented put the stickiness and consistency is off putting.

Benefit Advent Calander

As some of my twitter followers might
know, I was lucky enough to recive a benefit advent calendar. These flew off the shelfs within a few weeks and I got the last one in my local Benefit store! Each day had a sample of benefits top selling products.
It was super exciting waking up and opening a day and getting a new product to try out!

Week 1
Coralista blush, stay don't stray, it's potent, dandelion lipgloss, Benetint and a barrette with a bow on top

Week 2
Ultra Plush lipgloss, highbeam, that gal, porefessional, bad gal liner, total moisture

Week 3
A horse shoe bracelet, Bad gal lash mascara, posietint, Hoola bronzer, sugarbom lipgloss and sunbeam

Week 4
Girl meets pearl, ooh la lift, Coralista lipgloss, a star necklace and a dandelion blush

Benefit is my favorite cosmetic company (next to Urban Decay, Too Faced and Mac) so I was super excited about all of these samples. It was adorable that they put some accessories in the calendar.

Thanks for reading and happy holidays,

Chloe

Instyler Review

Good morning,

Today I will be reviewing the Instyler! I always heard great things about the Instyler but I never bought it. I finally got my hands on one and I am so glad I did.
The Instyler has a rotating barrel on one side that straighten, curls and polishes your hair. Let me tell you, my hair was incredibly shinny after using this product. This is a miracle because my hair is very dry. On the other side are 2 rows of bristles to add volume and reduce frizz. It doesn't crease or crush your hair. The Instyler heats up in only 30 seconds and really reduces the time spent on straightening and curling.

My thick and curly hair takes around and hour and a half to streighten with an iron but it only took me 35 minutes with the Instyler! I was never able to straighten my hair before school because it would take too long but now I can. It has different heat settings. I had to use the highest setting because I have thick and coarse hair. You can straighten, curl, flip out or flip under your hair all in one product. It is simple to use as well. A flat iron compresses your hair between two hot plates but The Instyler has a rotating barrel that is constantly moving so it doesn't damage your hair. It uses less heat than a flat iron and has way better results! Not only can it straighten your hair but it can also curl it too. My 1 1/4 barrel create beautiful loose curls.

I am honestly so pleased with my Instyler. It reduced my straightening time by 1 hour. This product is a perfect holiday gift for all hair types. This product is also perfect for someone who wants to spend less time in the morning but doesn't want to sacrifice looking good! I really hope you enjoyed this review and I encourage you to go out and try the Instyler. You will not be dissapointed!

You can buy the Instyler at Target, Walmart and their website Instyler.com

Stila Highlighter

Hi,
On Black Friday I bought the Stila party in a box set. It was $10 for a highlighter and a lipgloss. I don't think it is nessesary from me to review the lipgloss because it is the same as all of the other stilla lipglosses. I will be doing a review/collection of my stilla lipglosses soon. Back to this highlighter.  I was honestly disappointed. It is very thick and creamy so it doesn't look like a subtle shimmer. I put it on my cheekbones and I looked like a disco ball!

Urban Decay Danger Palette

Over black friday, I went to Ulta. They had a sale on the Urban Decay pallete. It was originally $36, but I got it for $16! It comes in sleek black packaging  and unzips. It has 6 eyeshadows and a lipgloss. The shadows are highly pigmented. My favorite color in the pallete is loaded (green) and deeper (gold). The only problem is that they have micro glitter so there is a bit of fall out.

The eyeshadow were really great quality but there was a bit if fall out. Also, while the colors are beautiful, they are a little too vibrant and impractical for me. For those reasons I give the Dangerous Palette a B+

Fine One One Review

Goodmoring,

Today I will be reviewing Fine One One. This product is a cream blush, bronzer and highlighter all in one. I bought it from my favorite cosmetic store, Benefit. It was $30 dollars but well worth it
It is great if you are in a rush because it has everything! It defiantly saves me time in the morning and it's great for traveling. It will save tons of space
That is what it looks like swatches. The colors are pretty sheer so that is what it looks like with about 2-3 coats. When you blend it all together, you get a very pretty girly pink.

I would defiantly recommend this to someone who works or goes to school or really anyone who has to be up before 8 and still wants to look good. It takes bronzing, highlighting and putting on blush and makes it quick and easy. Of course it doesn't look as nice if you were to take the time to apply all three separately, but it still does the trick. I give this product a B+
